Return and Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Quality At Central Coast Laser and Engraving: We stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we engrave in our Nipomo workshop.  Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving, items that have been personalized with custom text, logos, or designs are non-refundable and cannot be returned once they have entered production.

  • Design Approval: We provide a digital proof for custom orders. Your reply of "Approved" acts as a final confirmation of the layout and spelling.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an engraving error that differs from your approved proof, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue in your email to CClaserandengraving@gmail.com.

Non-Personalized Items For any non-customized "blank" items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
