Terms of Service: Central Coast Laser and Engraving

1. Personalization & Proofing: For all custom orders, we provide a digital design proof. Production begins only after we receive your written "Approved" reply. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all spelling, dates, and names once the proof is approved.

2. Natural Variations: We use authentic materials like cork and wood, along with high-quality leatherette. Please note that slight variations in color, grain, and texture are natural and part of the custom craftsmanship process.

3. Order Cancellations: Due to the specialized nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once the laser engraving process has begun.

4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with jurisdiction in San Luis Obispo County.
